@ownd785 Only the Egg WHITES are good. as far as sandwiches, it depends on the bread(whole grain > whole wheat > DONT GET WHITE BREAD). Patty’s aren’t good unless home made, and even still you have to watch alot of the stuff you put in it. and even though the health nutrition guide says you need dairy, it’s actually recommended to have less than it says. if you insist on the milk, Skim is best for losing weight. too many oranges aren’t good because of the citrus, and apples because of the sugar.
