a little peice of advice: everyone has an opinion. And all of them are right; to a point. do what works for you…and remember…everyone has an opinion, and even moreso in fitness. For me, I work out everyday with one day off, train full body 3 times a week, boot camp cardio 2 times a week along with abs, and then do yoga-pilates one day. And I have lost 40 lbs, and packed on about 20 lbs of muscle. So try things out and listen to your body
